If you buy sterling silver jewellery from our website, you will have 14 days from date of receipt to return any items for an exchange or refund.

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, customised or personalised orders cannot be returned to exchange or refund.

Conditions of return - Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
